Choose shifts that fit your schedule—days or nights, weekdays or weekends. Assignments may include Nursing Homes, Assisted Living, Behavioral Health, Rehabilitation, and more.

Physical Requirements: Standing/walking for extended periods; lifting/assisting patients as needed; clinical environment

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care within LPN scope of practice and facility policies

• Administer medications and treatments as ordered and permitted by policy

• Monitor patient/resident condition and report changes to RN/physician as appropriate

• Support admissions, discharges, and routine documentation as required

• Maintain patient safety, dignity, confidentiality, and infection-control standards

• Collaborate with the care team to ensure quality patient care

Requirements

• 1+ year of nursing experience in long-term care and/or behavioral health settings

• Unencumbered Louisiana LPN license

• Active BLS certification

• Reliable transportation and strong attendance

• Must pass a drug screen and background check
