You choose the shifts you can work—no long-term commitment required beyond the shifts you accept. Key Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide a professional first impression

• Manage guest flow, seating, and wait lists

• Assist with reservations and answer guest questions

• Communicate with servers and managers to support smooth service

• Maintain a clean, organized host stand / entrance area

• Follow venue policies and hospitality standards

Requirements

• Customer service experience preferred (host/hostess experience is a plus)

• Strong communication skills and professional demeanor

• Reliable and punctual; able to work in a fast-paced environment

• Ability to stand/walk for extended periods

• Must pass a drug screen and background check

Scheduling (How It Works)

• Shifts vary by location and event schedule (mornings, evenings, weekends)

• You pick up shifts based on your availability

• Once you accept a shift, you’re expected to arrive on time and complete the assignment

Dress Code

Dress requirements vary by venue. Many assignments require:

• Black button-down / blouse

• Black slacks

• Black non-slip shoes
