Key Responsibilities

• Table Support: Quickly clear and reset tables, remove used dishes, glassware, and utensils in a timely, organized manner.

• Cleanliness: Maintain a clean, orderly dining and service environment throughout the event.

• Guest Service: Assist servers in providing a seamless experience—refill water, respond to guest needs promptly and politely.

• Event Setup & Breakdown: Help with setting up tables, chairs, and dining areas before events; assist in post-event cleanup.

• Teamwork: Communicate with servers, kitchen staff, and supervisors to ensure efficient service flow.

• Sanitation Compliance: Follow all health, safety, and sanitation standards.

• Support Role: Assist with light food running, polishing glassware, or restocking service areas when needed.

Requirements

• Must be 21 years of age or older.

• Minimum of 6 months of experience in bussing, food running, or hospitality support roles preferred.

• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods.

• Professional, respectful demeanor and strong teamwork ethic.

• Background check and drug screen may be required for certain venues, including casinos.
