AMMON Staffing is hiring a Storefront Customer Service Representative in Baton Rouge! This is a great opportunity for someone with strong customer service and computer skills who enjoys working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Pay: $17/hour

Job Duties
Greet customers and assist with equipment pick-up and drop-off
Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer needs
Answer phones and communicate with customers and vendors
Build positive customer relationships
Assist the sales and rental team with daily operations
Process customer and equipment information accurately
Work with Sales, Purchasing, Shipping, and other internal departments
Follow company quality and safety procedures
Multitask and prioritize work in a busy environment

Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent
Strong customer service and communication skills
Comfortable using Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
Strong organizational and attention-to-detail skills
Able to work well as part of a team
Able to multitask and respond to customers with a sense of urgency
Able to learn quickly in a fast-paced environment
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
Previous customer service or retail experience preferred
Oil & Gas industry or inside sales experience is a plus, but not required

Work Environment
This is primarily an in-office storefront position with regular customer interaction. The role may occasionally require walking through warehouse/facility areas where there may be noise, machinery, fumes, and other industrial conditions.
