Industrial Inside Sales Representative

AMMON Staffing is hiring an Inside Sales Representative!

Baton Rouge, LA | $50,000–$65,000/year | Full-Time | On-Site

We are seeking an experienced Inside Sales Representative to join a growing team in Baton Rouge. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated sales professional who enjoys building customer relationships, managing accounts, and turning opportunities into sales.

The ideal candidate will have B2B or industrial inside sales experience and be comfortable managing customer inquiries, preparing quotes, processing orders, and following up with leads.

What You’ll Do:

Manage inbound and outbound sales activities

Respond to customer inquiries and prepare quotes

Process and follow up on customer orders

Build and maintain strong customer relationships

Identify new sales opportunities and follow up on leads

Manage and grow existing customer accounts

Work closely with operations and inventory teams to ensure accurate pricing, product information, and delivery timelines

Maintain accurate customer and sales information in the CRM

Provide excellent customer service and help ensure customer satisfaction

What We’re Looking For:

Inside sales experience, preferably in industrial or B2B sales

Strong customer service and relationship-building skills

Experience with quoting, order processing, and sales follow-up

Strong communication skills, both phone and email

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Comfortable using CRM systems and standard office software

Strong attention to detail and follow-through

Knowledge of industrial products such as piping, valves, fittings, or flanges is a plus

High school diploma or equivalent required

Pay: $50,000–$65,000/year

Schedule: Full-Time
